The Dua Of The Night Prayer

[111] From Malik from Abu az-Zubair from Ta’us al-Yamani from Abdullah Ibn Abbas (Radi Allahu Anhu) who reported that when the Messenger of Allah (Sallalahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) got up during the last part of the night to pray, he used to say:
“O Allah, to You is all the complete praise, You are the light of the heavens and the earth. To You is all the complete praise; You are the Supporter of the heavens and the earth. To You is all the complete praise; You are the Nourisher, Guide, Administrator and Creator of the heavens and the earth and whatever is therein. You are the Truth; Your promise is True, the meeting with You is True. Paradise is true, the fire (of Hell) is true, the Hour (day of Judgement) is true. O Allah, I submit to You; affirm my faith in You; repose my trust in You, and I return to You for repentance; by Your help I fight against enemies; and to You I have come for decision, so forgive me my earlier and later sins, the sins that I committed in secret and openly. You are my Allah and there is no one who is worthy of being worshiped in truth except You.”

al-Hamdullilah with the aid of Allah all the hadith from Abu az-Zubair have been completed. This is the last hadith which is from those who are named Muhamad.
