Praying 4 raka’at after ‘Isha

Ibn ʿAbbās (may Allāh be pleased with them both) said:
“I was in the house of Maymūnah. When the Prophet ﷺ prayed ʿIshāʾ, he came and prayed four rakʿahs.” [Mukhtaṣar Qiyām al-Layl (p. 92) with Isnād Ṣaḥīḥ]

However, it’s not proven from him any virtue of these raka’āt. It’s only proven from after him. This also shows that they are part of the night prayer as the narration of al-Bukhārī (117 & 697) clarifies and how the author placed it. See sunan Abī Dawūd (1357) and al-Sunan al-Kubra by Al-Nasāī (406). This also shows the permissibility of splitting the night prayer as he slept and prayed 5 raka’āt after waking up

ʿĀʾishah (may Allāh be pleased with her) said:
“Four after al-ʿIshāʾ are equivalent to the likes of them from Laylat al-Qadr.” [Muṣannaf Ibn Abī Shaybah (7468); Isnād Ṣaḥīḥ]

ʿAbdullāh (ibn Masʿūd, may Allāh be pleased with him) said:
“Whoever prays four after al-ʿIshāʾ, not separating between them with a Taslīm, they are equivalent to the likes of them from Laylat al-Qadr.” [Muṣannaf Ibn Abī Shaybah (7469); Isnād Ḥasan]

One can pray them two by two as well as it’s night prayer (al-Bukhari 990 & Muslim 749) and what appears is that this is separate from the Rawatib

ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAmr (may Allāh be pleased with them both) said:
“Whoever prays four after al-ʿIshāʾ, they are like their equivalent from Laylat al-Qadr.” [Muṣannaf Ibn Abī Shaybah (7467); Isnād Ṣaḥīḥ]

Saʿīd bin Jubayr used to pray four rakʿahs after the last ʿIshāʾ. I would speak to him while I was with him in the house, but he would not reply to me with speech (until he finished). [Taʿẓīm Qadr al-Ṣalāh (114); Isnād Ṣaḥīḥ]

Kaʿb (al-Aḥbār) said: “Whoever performs Wuḍūʾ and perfects the Wuḍūʾ, then prays the last (prayer,) ʿIshāʾ, then prays four rakʿahs after it, perfecting their rukūʿ and sujūd, knowing what he recites in them, then indeed he will have -or he said: they will be for him- like the status of Laylat al-Qadr.” [Ibn Abī Shaybah (7470), Sunan al-Nasāʾī (4954), al-Dāraquṭnī (1878), and Maʿrifat al-Sunan wal-Āthār (17112) with Jayyid asānīd]

After narrating many of these, al-Shaykh al-Albani said:

“And even though they are Mawqūfah (statements of Companions), they take the ruling of being Marfūʿ (attributed to the Prophet) because such things are not said based on personal opinion, as is apparent.” [Silsilat al-Aḥādīth al-Ḍaʿīfah (5060)]

As for the report of ‘Aṭā in Ḥilyah al-Awliyā (4/7), Jābir is Majhūl
